Tasting Note: Pale straw yellow. On the nose it is delicate and fruity with hints of peach and apricot. On the palate it is lively, fresh with a pleasant acidity.

Vinification: Crushing , soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tank for 10 days. Rifermentation in stainlees steel tank for 45 days. Filtration, stabilisation and bottling.
