Castello Monte Vibiano Winery is located in Perugia (Umbria ), the first company to achieve the Zero Co2 Emissions Certificate, DNV (Det Norske Veritas) ISO 14064. The Ancient Castle of Monte Vibiano is where the Fasola Bologna family is based since Centuries, the domaine extends for about 500 hectares in the Umbrian hills, great part of this land is forest. The vineyards, Vigna San Giovanni and Vigna Lorenzo (from 217 BC) are predominantly cultivated with red grapes, Sangiovese in the first place, then Sagrantino, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. The white varieties are focused on two autochthonous such as Trebbiano and Grechetto, together with Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier.
