Tasting Note: A summer wine straight out of a picture book, irresistibly flowery and fruity, wonderfully gentle and charming. It can be enjoyed - thanks to the juicy fruit melt - wonderfully “solo” and is the perfect white wine choice for mild evenings outdoors.

Food Matching: With fish or mild salads. In general enjoyable with light dishes.

Grape variety: Colombard

The appellation 'Côtes de Gascogne' is located in the south of France. Mainly white wines are produced here, although the main production zone is identical to the Armagnac area. In recent years, more and more oenologists have adopted the local white wines. The fresh climate, shaped by the Atlantic, allows the grapes to ripen in a way that preserves their aromas, which is also very pleasantly reflected in the wines. Developed alone as a wine, the grape variety results in a fragrant and tangy white wine, which can be considered the epitome of wines from Gascony.
