Domaine De L'ile - 0rganic
• 1910, François-Joseph Fournier acquired the island as a wedding gift to his young wife. Both dedicated their lives to turning this small Mediterranean gem into a paradise: cattle breeding, vegetable growing, tree planting and vine growing are developed at that time.
• In the 80’s, Sébastien Le Ber, his Grandson, dedicated his life to giving more scope to the family estate and managed to turn it into the Porquerolles symbolic vineyard.
• 2019, after many fulfilling years as a wine producer and a sailor, Sébastien is entrusting this heritage to CHANEL, thereby opening a new chapter in the story of Domaine de l’Ile.
• Under the leadership of Nicolas Audebert, who is already managing CHANEL Bordeaux wine estates, and backed-up by the teams of Rauzan-Ségla, Canon and Berliquet, the team of Domaine de l’Ile demonstrates that excellence in fine wines comes from the revelation of a unique terroir and precise work in both the vineyards and the winery.
