Description
Clear, bright, golden. Complex and aromatic on the nose with hints of nuts and pineapple wrapped in honey. Full bodied luscious with a good acidity and a solid core of rich creamy mouth coating flavors accompanied by dried fruit overtones. The aromas are reflected on the palate and echo on a long lingering finish.
A great aperitif, but its also a great success with desserts - as long as they're not to sweet, ideally prepared with peaches, apricots or sultans.
