They selected carefully their wines, they are close to their partner wine-growers, and are dedicated to offering gourmet wines.

80 hectares are used for the production of red Bordeaux wine, 16 hectares for Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion and 4 hectares are reserved for the production of white Graves wine.

The average age of the vines is 45 years for the Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion, 28 years for the white Graves and 30 years for the Bordeaux.

The plantation density has risen in order to obtain a regularity in grape maturation in all vintages.

Monavin top priority is to look for the best match between the different terroir and their grape variety.
