Harvested from a vineyard located within the Columbia Valley AVA. The wine was aged for 12 months in 100% French Oak barrels. The wine has a dark ruby color which extends to the rim of the glass. Flavors of Licorice , Black Cherry and Blueberries would make this Cabernet Sauvignon the perfect pairing with a Filet or Rack of Lamb.
