Lively intense red colour with purple highlights. Elegant aromatic complexity on the nose with remarkable notes of plums, back cherry and intriguing spicy liquirice. Good structure and body, it is warm and round on the palate. Excellent persistence.

Terroir/Vinification
Terroir Mixture of red clayey and limestone soils strongly infuenced by the sea breezes of the Ionic coast. Traditional bush trained vines typical of Manduria cultivation.
Climate Temperate climate, with long hot summers and mild winters; low levels of snow and rain.

Vinification
Desteemed and softly crushed grapes undergo traditional maceration on the skins for for 8/10 days and fermentation in stainleess stell tanks at controlled temperature (25°). It follows malolachtic fermentation.
