Tasting Note The wine is a black ruby color with a youthful purple hue on the rim. Ripe fruity nose with currant and subtle floral accents. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious with fresh fruit flavors, a nicely balanced acidity and integrated tannins accompanied by a firm finish.
Food Recommendations: Perfect with grilled or barbecued steak ( preferably cooked over vine shoots!), roast chicken and poultry, grilled lamb chops and cheese.Grape Variey: Merlot 60%、Cabernet Sauvignon 40%
