Tasting Note: The wine is an intense yellow with greenish lights. On the nose it full and complex with perfumes of violets and elderflower accompanied by a slight hint of oak ageing. On the palate it is full-bodied and lively with good length and a hint of almonds on the finish.
Food Matching: First courses, fish, shellfish, white meat and soft cheeses.

Geology: Volcanic Soil.
Vinification: The grapes are pressed gently using special presses at the beginning of October. The must is cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Part of the must is also fermented in barrels where it remains for about six months. The wines are then blended to accentuate the characteristics of this vineyard selection.
Aging: Steel and barrels.
