Ulysee Cazabonee

Produced at Bégadan, located in North of Médoc.
The soil contains gravel and clay of Gironde River. Average age of vines are 25 years and 60,000 vines are planted per hectare.
It is planted with 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot. The grapes are harvested in a traditional way, by avoiding the use of insecticide.
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. Then matured for 6 months in new barrels (10%).
